NOARK ELECTRIC EUROPE FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

Not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”), Instagram, LLC (“Instagram”).

Important:  Please read these Official Rules before participating in the Contest. By participating in the Contest, you, as an entrant to the Contest, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

1. ENTRY.

Facebook: Like the official fanpage of Noark ELectric Europe at https://www.facebook.com/NOARK.Electric.Europe, one (1) like on the designated Contest post, answer right to the Contest question in the comments section of the designated Contest post per individual Facebook account will be considered an eligible Entry on Facebook. Additional comments, likes will be disqualified.

Instagram: Follow the official Instagram account of Noark ELectric Europe at https://www.instagram.com/noark_electric/, one (1) like on the designated Contest post, answer right to the Contest question in the comments section of the designated Contest post per individual Instagram account will be considered an eligible Entry on Instagram. Additional comments, likes will be disqualified.

Entry Period: All Entries must be received between during 11:00.00 a.m. (GMT+2) on April 16, 2018 – 11:59:59 p.m. (GMT+2) on April 30, 2018 (“Entry Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to all the Facebook users - The Contest is open only to legal residents of Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Croatia, Serbia who are currently 18 years of age or older. Employees of Noark Electric (and their immediate families and those living in the same household of each employee, whether or not related to Noark Electric; their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates; and their advertising, promotion, and production agencies are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. PRIZING. All eligible entries both from Facebook and Instagram will be collected up together and the Winner will be selected in a random drawing on May 1, 2018. 4. NOTIFICATION. Noark Electric Europe will notify the winner based on the social media platform used for the entry, as follows.

Facebook: Facebook direct message, post on the Noark Electric Europe’s official Fanpage, comment posted on entry, or a combination.

Instagram: Direct message or comment posted on potential winner’s entry, or both.

5. DISCLAIMER. The Released Parties are not responsible for any communications malfunction, error, or delay; viruses or technical or mechanical malfunctions; failure of communications due to issues outside its control (e.g., filtering, entrant’s social media platform settings, mailbox space, removal of entries by social media platform, change to social media platform that affect entries or the functioning of this Contest, etc.).

6. DECISIONS. Noark Electric’s decisions will be final in all matters relating to this Contest, including interpretation of these Official Rules, validity of entries, selection of the winner, and awarding of prize. Noark Electric’s failure or decision not to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not waive that or any other provision.

No Warranties: ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” Contest ENTITIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF ANY PRIZE, OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES FOR A PRIZE, OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, ARE LIMITED TO AND CONTAINED IN THE MANUFACTURERS’ OR SERVICE PROVIDERS’ WARRANTIES, AS RELEVANT.
